Purpose of role:

? Be responsible for the On-The-Radar FWS (such as BMW/Volvo/VW, etc) within the region.
? A coordinator for OEM business, and work with OEM team within the region. Working with Workshop Managers in order to effectively execute the company plans and deliver the committed service level to OEM clients.
? Build the local relationship with the OEM accounts (e.g. FVW, SVW, BYD)




Key Results/ Accountabilities expected from role


? Coordination to deliver service to On-The-Radar FWS’s.
? Understand the deal and contract with On-The-Radar FWS’s; work with Workshop Managers to build the relationship with these workshops in the local level, effectively deliver the committed service level and execute the sales & marketing activities inclusive of LTT investment.
? Customer management: Build the local relationship with and manage the activities related to Above-The-radars FWS accounts where applicable, review their KPI periodically and improve their performance.
? Build the local relationship with the OEM accounts (e.g. FVW, SVW, BYD).
? “Voice of Customer”: Listen to and consolidate the voice of above customers and initiate the follow-ups.
? Work with OEM Key Account Manager, Marketing team and sales team within the region to develop & maintain friendly relationship with OEM clients and improve BP's influence ability on the account to drive business towards the direction in line with BP strategy.
? Ensures compliance with OMS and any supporting GDP’s - e.g. Driving Safety and any local legal requirements



Key challenges faced on the role

? To fully integrate and utilize the internal resources from both OEM and B2C sales team to develop OEM key accounts and business.
? Cooperation with OEM team, marketing team, super dealers and distributors, which needs mature communication and influence skills.
? Assist RSM to fulfil local key account strategic planning and business development.




Experience & Expertise
? Bachelor graduate in Automotive or Business
? At least 8 years work experiences and 2 years successful working history in Sales & Marketing or B2B business
? Willing to work with Key A/B48 capability of leadership.
? Strong key AC business sense of Auto lubes
? Expert at building up relationship with key AC
? Basic finance knowledge
