职位描述：

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – 主要工作职责

· Responsible for the storage of finished goods / materials / returns / archive material;

负责成品/材料/退货/封存物料的入库；

· Check the number, reserve the "receipt", quality release issued by quality department and the vendor product certification, as well as operate the system to confirm the storage;

核对数量，保存《入库单》、质量部出具的放行证明、供应商提供的产品合格证，操作系统确认出库；

· Responsible for placing items ordered partition, select the appropriate storage method to specific items;

负责物品分区有序放置，对特殊物品选择适当的管理方法；

· Responsible for special items protective measures and give recommendations for the environment;

负责对特别物品的防护措施、环境提出建议；

· Responsible for the monthly inventory;

负责月度盘点；

· Enter in system non-conformances related to purchased materials and manage them.

保持系统数据与实物账务相符；

·Complete invoicing and payments process for purchased materials or logistic services.

负责发票的索要，采购流程的追踪以及物流服务；

· Responsible for the raw materials stock pick with production plan, confirm material outbound in the system, print material outbound order and send the material required to the appropriate production area;

负责根据生产计划准备原材料，系统数据更新管理，打印材料出库，并根据出库单发送至相应的生产区域；

· Make the delivery goods with the copy of material outbound order/ report/ shipment label;

确保运送货物材料贴有出库/报告/出货标签复印件；

· Responsible for the outbound of waste materials.

负责废品出库。

· Familiar with work procedures of inspection, storage and shipments for goods and materials;

熟悉注塑行业物料的验货、入库、发货、存储等各环节的工作程序；

· Familiar with the storage management methods and all kinds of storage requirement;

熟悉掌握合理库存的基本方法，熟悉各种物资的保管要求；

· Familiar with the geographical conditions within his work scope;

熟悉业务范围内的地理状况；

· Familiar with 5s management;

熟悉5S管理；

· Respect for team work.
