职位描述：
Job Description Summary
1、熟练掌握焊接工艺知识，对新项目开发的支持
2. 设计和维护焊接设备/设备/工具/配件/夹具
3. 管理运营商提高焊接技巧
4。 收集有关焊接工艺新技术的标准，指南，新材料。
5，评估包括C / T，设备，工具和耗材的生产成本。
6，管理流程良率
7.熟悉ISO3834，EN1090标准，良好的团队合作精神，职业道德，能在一定压力下工作;
8，产品/工艺鉴定
9，做DFM
1.Strong knowledge of welding process, support for new project develop
2.Define and maintain welding equipment/devices/tools/accessories/ fixtures.
3.Coach operators to improve the welding skill.
4.Collection standard, guideline, new material and new technology about welding process.
5.Evaluate the produce cost including C/T, equipment, tools, and consumable material.
6.Monitor and drive process yield and through put improvements,
7.Be familiar with ISO3834、EN1090 standard, good team spirit, professional ethics, can work under a certain pressure;
8.Product/process qualification and buyoff
9.Make DFM and give suggestion to team.

Job Requirements:
1.大专以上学历，在焊接或工程技术专业。
2. 5+年的相关经验，有特殊的证书，特别是对金属焊接工艺。
3，英语能力良好者优先考虑
4.必须有较强的沟通能力和组织能力。独立工作能力
1. Above university degree, major in welding or Engineering Technology.
2. 5+ years’ experience in related field, with special certificate, especially for metal welding process.
3. Fluent in speaking and writing English in advance.
