To ensure correct and in time booking and reporting for SSC2
岗位职责


? Booking all GL accounting entries
编制所有总账会计账目
? Logical check all the branch salary, Sc, tax etc, booking the GL
核查所有分公司的薪酬，SC，税收等，编制总账
? DN check- check the internal balance with related branch monthly
月度核查相关部门的内部平衡
? Do monthly deferrals; accruals and provisions according to nature of the business
每月延期；根据相关规定及业务情况
? Inventory checking- check; evaluate the inventory; do LVA amortization every month
定期盘点；库存管理，并作每月费用分摊
? FA checking- establish, maintain the fixed assets in system, do monthly depreciation
财务分析核查系统的确立，每月在系统中维护固定资产信息包括固定资产折旧
? Monthly closing and open journal; Voucher process;
月度报刊的关闭及开放；设置帐目、审查单据、填制凭证，按时结账对账
? Reports-Check GL accounts, prepare BA report and BS report monthly; Reconciliation report and ensure to meet all deadlines and report correctly
汇总报表：检查总账账目，准备BA及BS月报；整理并汇总分公司报表，并能在最后期限内准确完成
? Prepare related internal and external audit
负责相关的内部及外部审计
? Declare business tax and FIN report correct and in time
营业税的申报，及时准确的完成各种财务报表的汇总整理
? Ensure smooth transfer of booking from branch to SSC
确保分公司的资金顺利从财务分享中心顺利转移
? Accomplished assigned tasks as requested by Direct Manager
完成财务经理分配的其他工作
任职要求

? At least 5 yrs of relative experiences
至少5年相关财务工作经化验
? Senior Finance and Accounting knowledge
熟练的财务及会计相关知识
? Familiar with Tax Law
熟悉税务法
? Familiar with GAAP, PRC rules
