Major Accountability:
- Manage CRM system
- Ensuring the design, development and delivery of effective territory management systems, tools and quality information.
- Assist all marketing and sales managers in identifying problem territories/areas of poor performance as well as best practices to allow for further investigation and corrective action.
- Coordinate with business to improve sales effectiveness.
- Sales program development, implementation, monitoring and follow up.
- Actively seek feedback of incentive from sales force and management
- Perform other duties as assigned by line manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in medical or related medicine science
- At least 3 years experience in sales in the pharmaceutical industry with proven sales management experience.
- Experience in multinational company is preferred
- Good knowledge of sales territory management information, processes, policies and recognition schemes.
- Ability to constantly self-challenge and challenge others in a constructive way.
- Show integrity, tenacity, resilience and adaptability in complex situations and an often changing environment; is able to handle pressure and commit to and respect deadlines.
