Position Summary:
Focus on China aftermarket business development; include the remanufacturing factory, repair shops, customer relationship of maintenance.
Essential Functions :
1. Acquisition and development of customers with high-value applications within designated region(s) –North China
2. Pricing and operational margin development of regional accounts
3. Responsible for negotiations with pricing, margin development and customer contracts
4. Execution of the different application sales activities supported by Application Management
5. Verification of customer specific requirements and responsible for the compliance with ISO9000 /TS16949 and ISO 14000 norms
6. Development of key accounts regionally and globally coordinated with all other regions (volume, pricing, new projects, local support, etc.)
7. Understands markets and identifies additional business potentials on regional level
8. Implementation of the marketing strategy and objectives
9. Proactive market research for market requirements and future products and communication of relevant information
10. Monthly reporting about sales development with detailed explanation of substantial deviations
11. Use CRM system to manage the daily sales activities and information sharing.
12. Regular report to Sale Manager with business updates and account / project information.
13. Effective communication and close work between customers and internal company.
14. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
1. Master in MS Offices, windows software usage.
2. Have license and good at driving.
3. Teamwork spirit, communication and interpersonal skills, smart, self-motivation, independently, and willing to learn.
4. Be fluent in English both written and speaking.
Education / Experience
1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in mechanical or engineering is preferable.
2. Have 5 years plus sales experience in related industry.
