Role Description
Education/Experience
Bachelor or above, 8 years of relevant experience in FMCG company with 5+ years managerial experience, .
Special Knowledge
Experienced in trade marketing, merchandising and sales, good command in oral and written English and Mandarin Chinese, brand management knowledge, shopper insight, KA/customer management experience
Skills
Excellent in leadership and interpersonal communication. Strong in strategic thinking, exploring/analyzing market & consumer insights and making strategic recommendations. Good presentation skills.
Formulate brand activation strategy in retail channel
Under the guidance of PCH Long-term growth strategy and brand strategy, formulate Dietary Supplement category brand activation strategy in drugstore and modern trade.

Annual Brand activation plan in retail channel
Based on shopper insight study and customer understanding, formulate Dietary Supplement category brand activation plan in retail channel including consumer promotion, POSM development, merchandising/visibility campaign, shop assistant training, key account plan etc. Develop detail brand activation scheme, SOP, evaluation criteria and resource allocation scheme.
Implement and track brand activation plan in retail channel
Lead sales team to implement the Dietary Supplement category activation programs in retail channel with close monitoring and tracking. Continuously optimize the programs and improving ROI.

Key Customer Management
Close work with sales team to develop effective key customer management plan. Regularly meet with key customer marketing dept. to better understand key customers and deliver more effective tailor made programs. Actively participate KA quarterly business review. Set up customer management database.

Resource allocation and budget and Control
Plan and prepare Dietary Supplement category annual brand activation budget, and properly allocate to regional customer managers according to market prioritization, brand and product prioritization. Monitor and control the budget to ensure cost effectiveness and efficiency.

Promoter management
Supporting Nutrition promoter management system covering both modern trade and drugstore. Constantly improve promoter productivity through enhancing training, motivation scheme and close communication and monitoring.
People Development
Responsible for developing subordinates' career development plan, coach and lead them to accomplish the target through effective communication, initiate and arrange team training to improve team's core competency and professional skills.
