Position Summary
岗位概述
?Inventory turnover rate of responsible categories must be higher or equal to target;

?Ensure that all responsible parts are available in WH when assembly is scheduled;

Major Duties:

?Inventory Control according to the main goal.
  根据主要目标，控制库存。
?Set and maintain the MRP-Settings.
  设置和维护MRP设定。
?Calculate the Reorder Points for all inventory control parts;
  计算所有库存控制部件的再订货点。;
?Calculate the Min Ordering Lot Size and Fixed Lot Size;
  计算最小订购批量和固定批量。
?Calculate the safety stock if necessary;
  必要时计算安全库存量。
?Adjust the MRP-Settings according to the forecast;
  根据预测调整MRP设置。
?Follow when SAP has Rescheduling and Exception Messages.
  当SAP具有重新计划和额外消息时，执行改正方案。
?Establish KANBAN system for the inventory control parts together with strategy buyers and suppliers.
  与战略采购和供应商合作，为库存控制部分建立KANBAN系统。
?Maintain and monitor the KANBAN system constantly.
  维护和监控KANBAN系统。
?Monitor and Measure the Inventory Turnover Rate.
  监控和测量库存周转率。
?Take corrective actions when inventory turnover rate is not according to target.
  当库存周转率不符合目标时，采取纠正措施。
?Follow the customer requirements as good as possible, even faster than the agreed PDT, to achieve the goal of PU delivery OTP to customer.
  按照客户要求，尽快达成PU交付给客户的目标，甚至比商定的交货率更快。
?Release related Purchase Requisition of responsible categories for purchase orders.
  为采购订单释放对应采购类别的采购申请
?Keep all related MRP data constantly updated and correct.
  保持相关的MRP数据的正确性和不断更新。
?Inventory Reporting (monthly reports, statistics, etc.)：
  库存报告（月报，统计等）：
?Value of Inventory subdivided by categories for Warehouse and the values of other inventories (WIP & Forecast);
  评估数值，按仓库类别细分的库存价值和其他库存（WIP和预测）的值;
?Inventory Turnover Rate of personal responsible parts;
  个人负责部分的库存周转率;
?Whatever other tasks assigned by Cell Management to MRP from time to time.

Competence
任职资格
?Bachelor degree with mechanical education or other related education
  机械工程或相关机械背景学士学位
?2 years above MRP/planning experience
  2年以上物料需求计划经验
?Familiar with SAP system
  熟悉SAP系统
?Familiar with office software (word, excel, …)
