OBJECTIVES
Implement GC Property & Asset Management training strategy;
Work closely with PAM Head to ensure high quality customer service at all times for all staff.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a learning strategy and platform to deliver various approaches to effective learning and development and building internal capability;
- Work with key stakeholders to identify training and development needs to come up with yearly training plan and budget;
- Working collaboratively with region, corporate and Hub HR teams, deploy the cost-effective ways to develop and deliver the right learning solutions, identifying and agreeing appropriate mechanism for delivery;
- Leverage regional and corporate resources to design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs, or manage this activity via external providers; evaluate the quality and impact for on-going improvement, development and implementation of future solutions;
- Oversee the effective delivery of learning interventions and identify the connections and synergies between different issues across hubs to ensure integrated solutions are developed;
- Identify, select and manage external training agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards;

Required Qualifications & Experience:
University degree or professional qualification in Housing Management or Hotel Management
No less than 8 year experience in property management or hotel training delivery experience
Experience in design and delivery of training in sizable organization ideally with exposure to variety of programs
Excellent written and oral communication skills with proficiency in English
Independent, pro-active, strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
Demonstrated ability and confidence to develop and manage collaborative stakeholder relationships at all levels, both internal and external to the Firm
