Key Responsibilities

1. Communicate with clients on technical inspections, understand clients’ requirements and provide relevant feedback from fieldwork

2. Contact Freight Forwarders, confirm the procedure and the arrival time

3. Maintain and request fluid communication on day-to-day jobs

4. Collect information from colleagues overseas, make inspection report in compliance with the company’s requirements and standard operating procedures

5. Maintain job files up-to-date

6. Develop strong relationship with clients to enable effective mutual communication

7. Use of initiative to foresee and prevent potential problems in the inspection, and coordinate with technical and operations staff to develop a solution

Qualifications

1. Good Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, but preferably of a technical nature

2. Experience in the inspection industry and a knowledge of minerals and mines would be advantageous

3. Experience with international trade/logistics/freight forward would be of benefit

4. Ability to adapt and work under pressure

5. CET-6

6. Sense of responsibility

7. Skillful in using MS office software and highly computer literate

要求:

- 本科学历，理工科背景优先

- 从事过检验业务/理工科背景/有金属和矿产知识优先

- 有外贸/物流/航运/货代业务行业经验优先

- 能够胜任工作压力

- 英文六级，可以熟练运用英文进行日常沟通与报告

- 强烈的责任心，面对压力环境能够分析和解决问题

- 熟练使用MS Office办公软件 WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT
