岗位主要职责（或工作内容）：
position responsibilities：
1. The primary tasks will be to ensure the Quality processes (ISO 9001) as well as develop all the actions related to these processes according Avanti Management Systems: Management Reviews, Record of the KPI’s, NCR’s, etc.
遵照翱文狄管理体系确保各质量过程（ISO9001）及与其过程相关的活动为首要任务， 如管理评审，KPI录入，NCR，等。
2. Management of the Chinese Quality System in Software PROQUO
使用软件PROQUO管理中国质量体系。
3. Implement the new revision of the standards in the own BU in close cooperation with local and global management.
与当地和全球管理紧密合作并执行新版标准。
4. Obtain ISO, EN and other external certifications basing on company’s requirements and external audits.
基于公司要求和外审进行取证工作（ISO， EN，其它外部证书）
5. Conduct Internal Quality Audits
进行内部质量审核。
6. Conduct all the External Audits: LRQA, Customers, etc.
应对外部审核，如LRQA， 客户等。
7. Perform Internal Quality Trainings
执行内部质量培训
8. Management of the NCR System: Management of the claims received by the customers and claims to the suppliers.
NCR系统管理：客户抱怨及供应商投诉管理
9. Record and follow-up of the Quality Observations.
记录并跟踪质量观察项。
10. Management of the Calibration Records, etc.
校验记录等管理。
11. Liaise with suppliers to implement proper process controls in the manufacturing.
协助供应商在制造过程中执行正确的过程控制。
12. Interlocutor with the customers of the BU in terms of Quality topics.
与客户保持质量对话接口。
13. Be involved in the preparation and setup of QM handbook, creation and review of inspection instructions, quality control plan, project datebook.
参与准备及编制质量管理手册，检验作业指导书，质量控制计划，项目完工资料。
14. Lead the Incoming Inspectors Team
领导进货检验员团队。
15. Other tasks requested related to the Quality System.
与质量体系要求相关的其它工作。
岗位要求：
job requirement：
1. Technical background as an engineer specializing in quality and safety management, a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001.
作为质量管理和安全管理的工程师的技术背景，至少3-5 年ISO9001和OHSAS18001经验。
2. University graduate in mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
机械工程专业本科毕业或同等背景
3. Quality system standard and manufacturing process is essential; familiar with quality system like ISO9001,ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, EN1090, ISO3834, good knowledge on welding is preferred.
了解质量体系标准和制造过程是必不可少的；熟悉质量体系,如ISO9001，ISO14001,
OHSAS18001, EN1090,ISO3834,有焊接管理方面的人才优先考虑。
4. Desired Experience with international companies

5. Knowledge of quality improvement tools, like FMEA, 8D, SPC,etc.

6. Good English skills (Writing, reading and Speaking) are required as well as this position will be working close with colleagues around the globe; corporate language is English.

7. Competent in reading and interpret drawings.
