职位描述:
1. Primarily responsible for managing both direct customers and the distribution channel within an assigned territory to achieve sales and revenue goals.
2. Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies. Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase sales volume.
3. Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
4. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks.
5. Conduct training and educational programs with customers, distributors and representatives.
6. Sales calls with distributors and manufacturing reps along with cold calls.
7. Comfortable working with multiple levels. Measuring equipment and installing of company’s products at customers site.
8. Trouble shoots customer issues along with recommendations for solutions.
9. Daily call reports explaining in detail the contacts made that day using online reporting program.
任职要求:
1. At least three to five years previous outside industrial sales experience, preferably in rotating equipment or related.
2. Mechanical seal background is highly preferred.
3. Ability to travel 4 days per week.
4. Working background or knowledge in engineering concepts and methodologies.
5. Good communication and closing skills are vital.
6. Computer knowledge (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), Good presentation skill.
7. Must be a mature, proactive, confident, positive, technically astute professional.
8. Must be highly creative and a problem solver and able to handle numerous projects simultaneously.
9. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
