职位描述：
岗位主要职责（或工作内容）：
position responsibilities：
1. 遵守公司的规章制度以及安全规范；
Follow all company standards and safety procedures as currently documented;
2. 做好培训工作的文档处理工作；
Providing high quality, up-to-date documentation for all training arrangements;
3. 在上海设备地和客户场所对内部和外部客户进行培训；
Ability to safety train internal and external customers in Shanghai facility and client site in China;
4. 能够在工作室采用并表现出安全地工作态度；
Ability to act with safety attitude at all times;
5. 对培训对象授予培训后，能够使用防坠落系统攀爬直梯和使用救援缓降设备；
The trainees are able to use fall protection system, service lift and rescue devices after being trained;
6. 制定培训计划、实施培训、培训效果确认及考核；
To follow the training syllabus to implement training program and to verify the effect of training


岗位要求：
job requirement：
1. 3年以上工程师或学士学位；
3 year engineering (or equivalent) bachelor degree required;
2. 3年以上安全或者培训经验；
3 year minimum experience in safety or training;
3. 有风电领域工作经验更佳；
It’s preferred to have work experience in wind industrial;
4. 具有自我目标管理、个人自制以及良好沟通能力和职业道德；
Self-directed goal-oriented individual possessing excellent communication and work ethic
5. 能够接受经常性的出差；
Is able to travel often;
6. 能够在高低温情况下，在陆地及海上风场的风机塔架内从事高空作业；
 Must be able to work at heights at times in extreme temperatures inside wind turbines inland and offshore;
7. 能够完成工作职责所需的重物搬运和直梯攀爬；
Must be able to complete fit for duty requirements including heavy lifting and ladder climbing.
8. 能够会说和写英语；
Must be able to speak and write English;
9. 能够使用办公自动化软件进行文案工作，包括：Word，Excel, Powerpoint, Access, and Outlook：
Good understanding and ability to perform tasks and create documents using Microsoft/ Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, and Outlook 举报 分享

Avanti Wind Systems is a Danish company founded in 1885. It is a world leading manufacturer of ladder and lift solutions for getting safety up and down inside wind turbine towers. Avanti Wind Systems Manufacturing (Shanghai) Co. Ltd was established in 2006. Avanti China now has two factory in Shanghai and Tianjin with about 100 employees.

All machining of components are outsourced to sub-suppliers as our main focus is quality control and assembly of final products.
