Key Responsibilities

Market Analysis
- Conduct competitor analysis and market benchmarking;
- Engage with stores in the local market to feedback analysis results from headquarter concerning penetration of segments/cluster;

Target Lists and Analysis
- Work close with headquarter CRM colleagues to prepare target list through internal system accordingly;
- Analyze ROI of events and campaign arranged in the local market;
- Work close with headquarter on CRM regional plan and discuss;

Constant Strategy Monitoring
- Engage constantly with local Marketing and Retail colleagues to integrate CRM works with relevant fields;
- Manage offline activities in the local market (e.g. mailing, private appointments, events, etc.);
- Maintain client database and update client contact history timely;

VIP Client Policy
- Monitor close VIP strategies aligned with headquarter in the local market and provide trend reports and feedbacks;
- Initiate new activities in the local market;

Retail CRM Support
- Monitor CRM activities in store (in line with the contact strategy);
- Monitor set of reports implemented in stores;
- Support diffusion of CRM tools in store (ex. digital coupon);
- Monitor invitations and event attendance in Boutique;

CRM Training
- Collaborate with the trainer of the area (when he/she is present) or manage personally the training to CRM specialists of stores (e.g. data collection, selling ceremony, relationship management, etc.);
- Implement trainings of retail network;
- Monitor relevant activities;

Legal CRM
- Manage the archiving activity of old coupons in stores (please refer to CRM specialists in boutique)

CDM
- Participate and coordinate exclusive activities (e.g. Lucky Draw, Silent Auction, Cocktail, Preview Limited edition or new collection, Brand events, etc.) to enlarge client database and create traffic/sales in stores;
- Manage relationships with selected and exclusive partners (e.g. Private Club, Banks, Hotel 5 stars, Ferrari, etc.) and organize one-to-one appointments in stores (e.g. Sartorial Touch, Custom Made, MTO) to enhance engagements with top spenders;
- Coordinate between the local markets and headquarter in terms of gift orders, initiatives, collaborations and partnership;
- Manage budget, feedback quali-quantitative results of on-going activities to headquarter;
- Manage regular operations of maintenance, privacy control, and contacts acquisition.

Role Requirements
- At least three or four years experiences in CRM or Marketing fields from fashion/luxury industry;
- Bachelor’s degree or above;
- Fluent English and Mandarin speaking and writing. Italian speaking is a huge plus, but not compulsory;
- Proven solid cross regions and functions communication skills;
- A team player;
