Main Responsibility Areas:
1.Implement and evaluate health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures to fulfill legal requirements, and reduce environmental impact of the company.
2.Conduct health, safety, and environmental audits to identify risks and development possibilities.
3.Drive the implementation of corrective actions from audit findings.
4.Evaluate the organization's production processes, systems, and technology and recommend changes that will improve the safety, security, and reduce environmental impact of the organization's operations.
5.Investigate, and report health, safety, and environmental issues (e.g. accidents, near misses) internally and externally. And follow up the implementation of the corrective actions.
6.Coordinate safety, quality, environment training to ensure all individuals have the required level of knowledge and transfer best practices.
7.Liaise with relevant internal/external stakeholders and advocate health and safety mindset across the organization.
Experience and Education:
?5 years working experiences in EHS
?Solid experience in equipment safety, EHS on-site management, emergency management, incident investigation
?Familiar with ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 management system, qualified for internal auditor
?Experienced in implementation of Chinese safety standardization of level three
?Fluent written & spoken English
