Responsibilities:
1. Explore and develop all the relevant business from RAIL key accounts assigned
2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts assigned
3. Negotiate and sign contracts in accordance with Sales Goals
4. Preparation of quotations
5. Coordinate internally and externally for all services for key accounts assigned
6. Responsible for following up service status to make sure key accounts' satisfaction
7. Total business growth on key accounts
8. Aggressively achieve budget on sales turnover and profit
9. Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives
10. Compliance to ISO9001-2008, ISO14001:2004 & OHSAS18001:2007
11. Other works assigned by company

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Minimum 3 years of successful experience in sales or customer service field
3. Excellent communication, presentation, selling and negotiation skills
4. Strong analytical skills, detail oriented with demonstrated multi-tasking ability
5. Fluent English in both written and spoken
6. Prefer to have the understanding of fastener products
7. Proficiency in Office software and ERP system(SAP)
8. Team work spirit
9. Self-motivate, confident, patient, responsible
10. Ability to travel
11. Good health condition

2. 建立并保持与所负责的大客户的长期关系
3. 按照销售目标谈判及签订合同
4. 安排报价
5. 协调内部和外部的事务,以提供所负责的大客户的良好服务
6. 负责跟进服务状态,以确保客户的满意度
7. 客户业务增长
8. 积极实现销售及利润预算
9. 支持及推动6S的推行
10. 遵照ISO9001-2008质量管理体系, ISO14001:2004环境管理体系 & OHSAS18001:2007职业健康安全管理体系
11. 公司分派的其他工作

任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历
2. 最少3年在销售或者客户服务领域的成功经验
3. 良好的沟通,表达、销售和谈判技巧
4. 强大的分析能力,注重细节,较强的多任务能力
5. 英文口语读写流利
6. 有紧固件产品知识优先
7. 熟练使用办公及ERP软件(SAP)
8. 团队合作精神
9. 能够出差
10. 自我激励,自信,耐心,负责
11. 身体健康
