Job Description:

• To sell all products of Kuehne + Nagel marketing penertration in Shijiazhuang territory.

• Through daily business development activity to find potential customers like from middle to big size
• To agree on focused development strategies for district area/ trade lanes with counterparts in the Kuehne + Nagel network
• Agree with branch manager to set up annual performance budget and make sure well fulfillment. It will reviewed by monthly, quarterly and annually.
• To support team's performance achievement and maximum returns.
• To ensure providing highest qualification data into CORELOG on time
• As well as ensure results is visible through KN CORELOG , etc KN sales management system to reflect.
• Fulfillment of the daily job KPI, including sales calls, quotation numbers, sales leads.
• Coordination and delegation of responsibilities for both external and internal KN/ visitors.
• Ensuring special attention to the respective visitors for assignment. Planning and executing marketing event,exhibition and client events etc.
• Make sure well implement company policy,labor discipline.
• Communicate with Sales & Marketing Manager about all personnel issues such as employment, resignation/termination and disciplinary issues.
• To represent and follow the Kuehne + Nagel philosophy, quality management system and highest
  standard of business practice.

Requirements to Candidates

• Bachelor degree in logistics or related major
• Minimum 5 years sales experience in logistics company
• Excellent command in Mandarin and English
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skill
