Responsibilities and Duties
岗位职责
1. Answer and direct incoming and internal calls through switchboard; 回应和转接外部或内部来电
2. Maintain a standard of cleanliness in responsible area; 保持责任区域整洁干净
3. Support and facilitate courier service needs from all staff 为员工的快递需求提供支持和帮助
4. Respond for the needs/questions from staff and visitors 响应内部员工和外部访客的请求和问题
5. Update company directory for monthly distribution 每月更新和发布基地通讯录
6. Prepare nameplate or business card for new employee or employee newly transferred in as needed. 根据需要,为新员工或调入员工准备名牌和名片
7. Prepare T-card, IT access for visitor. 根据需要,为新员工或访客制作T卡,添加PKI权限
8. Ensure office supplies are available in stationary room, submit related 1-click. 确保文具房有所有的办公用品,提交相关的1-click。
9. Prepare some fruits or drinking water, order foods for certain meetings/events as needed. 根据需要,为一些会议和活动准备水果,饮用水,以及订餐
10. Book Flight tickets and accommodations for employee business trips, rotating crew, new comers and visitors to location as needed. 根据需要, 为 因公出差、轮班、新入职的员工和访客来蛇口基地的机票和住宿预订
11. Incorporate safe work procedures in all aspects of the job while maintaining a safe work environment 明确各方面工作的安全工作流程,确保安全的工作环境
12. Follow documented HSE standards and procedures 遵守HSE相关标准和工作流程
13. Maintain updated minimum HSE training 定期进行HSE培训
14. Attend all on-site and safety meetings 参加现场安全会议
15. Other duties in addition to or in lieu of those described above and any duties are subject to change according to the needs of the location or company 除上述职责之外,也需完成其他交派的任务,同时,可根据各分支和公司的需求改变其职责.

16.Travel & Accommodation Booking旅游及住宿预订
Bookings of transportation & accommodations for employee business trips. including
1. Hotel booking for employee in the base employee and visitor
2. Update hotel directory(Shekou,HK,Ningbo,Zhoushan,Sanya,Zhanjiang,Haikou).
3. Flight ticket booking for employee on urgent need or no access to internet
员工出差的交通和住宿预订。包括
1。基层员工和来访者的酒店预订
2。更新酒店目录(蛇口,香港,宁波,舟山,三亚,湛江,海口)。
3。为急需或上不了网的员工预订机票。

17. PPE Management 劳动防护装备管理
Manage the PPE Ordering/Tracking / Dispatching process for all segments as per their respective PPE Plan .Manage third party who will perform the tasks.
为所有部门管理订购/跟踪/ 调配劳保防护装备。管理三方供应商执行任务。

18. Staff house 员工宿舍
Staff House Management including house hunting, lease contracting/terminination, rental fee/utility payment and employee occupation in staff house.
Coordinate and Manage house agent on staff house maintenance request and safety audit etc.
员工宿舍管理包括找房子,租赁合同/解除,租赁费/公用事业缴费和员工在职业人员的房子。
协调和管理房屋代理人对员工的房屋维护要求和安全审计等。

Experience and Competencies
任职资格
1. Diploma degree and above 文秘、行政管理及相关专业大专以上学历;
2. No experience or 1 year relevant working experience 应届或一年以上相关工作经验;
3. Able to use both Chinese and English as working language 能使用中文和英文作为工作语言
4. Proficient with computer skills and familiar with office software ( like word, excel etc) 熟练使用电脑,熟悉MS Word Excel 等办公软件
5. Patient and enthusiastic, willing to communicate and support others, 工作热情积极、细致耐心,具有良好的沟通能力
