Responsibilities
? Handle inquiry from potential clients in regards to overseas property investment and able to provide investment recommendation and strategy to clients
? Provide high standard of advisory service on location, finance, letting and resale of property to clients
? Skilled in assisting prospective buyers in visiting, selecting and inspecting properties and sites
? Progress sale through to reservation, exchange and completion stage
? Commitment to customer service including after sales and sales progression
? Negotiate and agree sales price to both client and developer
? To effectively manage a sales database to optimize sales opportunities
? Closely working with JLL US and Australia teams on project coordination
? Able to work with targets and deadlines
Requirements
? At lease 3-5 year working experience
? US or Australia university graduate is preferred
? Good understand of US or Australia in geography and culture
? Good command of English and confident to have business conversation to English native speaker
? Accurate, numerate and computer literate
