职位描述：
? Support the implementation of the China farms cropping business plan;
o Develop and manage the project budget of up to RMB60 million
o Responsible for all aspects of programme management and co-ordination, including legal, land acquisition, capital planning and HR planning
o Co-ordinate with external consultants to develop capital and operating requirements
o Co-ordinate securing all relevant licenses and registrations for establishing the business
? Support the implementation of the China Farms development programme
o Working with business units to develop key milestones and key steps to achieve the milestones
o Manage the reporting process to track progress against the programme plan
o Identify risks, opportunities and remedial actions within the plan
? Development business unit strategy, including;
o Competitor and customer analysis
o Integration opportunities with joint venture partners
Requirement Essential
Education Bachelors Degree in business, finance, statistics or related field
Experience 2-5 years’ experience in financial or commercial role
Experience in supporting project management
Proven ability in strategy development
Expertise Intermediate financial modelling, skills
Project planning, monitoring and reporting skills
Business planning
Research experience and ability to gather data from different sources
Excellent problem solving skills and proven ability in quantitative and qualitative analytical and research skills
