职位描述：
Purpose of the Job
. Assist customer Engineers in Failure and Anomaly Investigation.
. Work as interface between Chinese customers and NTL for technical problem and follow up
. Support customers for parts test or repairing work
. Support sales colleague for technical clarification during quotation
. Support parts package and open box inspection

Key Network & Links
Internal: NTL technical and after sales, local team member
External: Chinese customer

Responsibilities
. Work as interface between Chinese customers and NTL for technical problem and follow up
. Support Investigation of all parts failures and feedback to customer after communicated with NTL to find solution
. Collect/follow up all technical open points and update
. Assist in Investigation of all parts failures.
. Collection of information to assist in Fault Finding
. Assist customer Engineers in Failure and Anomaly Investigation.
. Support customers for parts test, repairing work, training
. Support sales colleague for technical clarification during quotation
. Support parts package work and open box inspection

Requirements:
. Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering
. Fluent in English/French speaking and writing
