Position Title: Recruiting Assistant
Location: Wheelock Square, 1717 Western Nanjing Road, Shanghai

Role Purpose
? The Recruiting Assistant will play a critical role in the function and engage close with TOD’S Group stores in China region to support the business from HR’s perspective.

Key Accountabilities
? Source, screen and select candidates via different channels (e.g. online job board, internal referral, etc.);
? Engage with HR Business Partners and retail colleagues to process selected candidates;
? Help facilitate hiring process of vacancies engaged from zero to end;
? Maintain a talent pool of store level candidates and expand its coverage of the market;
? Manage company recruitment WeChat account to build it an employer branding window to the market;
? Collect, consolidate and report various data with regards to recruitment for senior colleagues’ references;
? Help engage with external parties (e.g. universities) to explore new candidate sourcing channels.

Requirements
? At least one year experience in HR fields, ideally with retail exposures;
? University bachelor’s degree;
? Excellent communication know-how in both English and Mandarin;
? Nature team player with an on-the-ground manner;
? Proactive mindset.
