Here's the JD:

Responsibilities
? Develop knowledge and understanding of the business plan for China
? Break down into detailed delivery project plans, covering the following areas of scope:
? IT robustness in existing processes
? ISO 27001 certification
? Integration with business partners
? Real-time capability (for enrolment)
? Removal/decommission of Global IT system and (legacy) Local Tools
? Customer facing new capability (communications, website)
? Operational upscaling
? Deliver projects within agreed quality, time and cost boundaries
? Form an appropriate project team, building relationships within the China business (providing appropriate local delivery support) and across the Group (to ensure alignment to group practise where possible)
? Produce and own project plans, tracking progress and providing status reports to project sponsor and key stakeholders
? Ensure the China business and key stakeholders have appropriate levels of communication
? Capability to work on a range of interdependent business and IT projects of varying complexity and timescales
? Evidence of managing actions and risks, minimising disruption to project delivery and maximising project opportunities

Requirements
? Ability to plan across the full range of business disciplines
? Excellent presentation and communications skills
? Skilled in stakeholder management/builds trust both locally and within the group
? Can manage a diverse team (both internally and externally) –note this is on a matrix basis
? Experience of setting up third party business partner and supplier contracts
? Cares about and enjoys the delivery of change
? Energetic, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
? Degree level education
