职位描述：
TITLE: Communication – Senior Press Executive in SH
REPORTS TO: Press Manager

General Role:
Communicating with Press basing in Shanghai and other cities in south of China, in order to establish and maintain the positive brand image and maximize the brand exposure on appropriate media.
Major Responsibilities:

Press Daily Communication:
- Update press data in Shanghai and other cities in south of China, effective usage of the list
o South of China general media list updating;
o SH Top 20 media list updating;
o Monthly report on media data base;

- Work closely with key press contacts in SH to satisfied press request to maximize press coverage

- Propose the media communication plan according to press communication annual calendar in SH or other cities in South of China, and follow with detail execution:
o Working schedule;
o Media selection criteria and details list;
o On-site execution
o Exposure report

- Monitor and analysis new media and the key titles’ market performance in SH, define the key titles annually

Press Loaning:

- Communicate with media to approach the press shooting opportunity and follow up the exposure results
o Monthly Loaning report;
o Press sample Damage & missing report

Others:
- Responsible for the press communication relate to WRTW / Silk / Art of Living / Maison /Perfume
- Press material translation or proof reading of above responsible métier
- Press Kits Library and stock management
- Assist Press Manager to monitor the press budget spending breakdown;

- Assist Press Manager to implement the execution of press activities & PR events:
o RSVP follow up;
o Invitation delivery;
o Related press enquiry follow up;
o On-site execution

- Coordinate and work closely with team member and internal workmates to implement communication activities. 举报 分享
