职位描述：
主要职责：
1. 主要的设计项目涉及：企业形象、平面设计，电子商贸网及产品详情页设计等；
Create, develop e-commerce Graphic, online advertising and various multimedia graphics that help deliver the company identity and marketing ideas efficiently and effectively；
2. 负责产品摄影；
Product photography；
3. 能充分理解客户设计要求，并独立完成设计过程；
Assist the sales team to manage and work on projects from planning to delivery；
4. 确保图像质量的一致性；
Ensure responsibility for maintaining consistency of image quality and coloration of images from multiple sources；
5. 每天与部门经理沟通，汇报工作进度；
Communicate with manager on daily basis to review creative updates and discuss site changes
6. 建立及更新图片资料库。
Be able to FTP images to and from vendors if required and keep those files updated in order on the server.

职位要求：
1. 美术或平面设计相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历；
Higher Diploma or above in Graphic Design, Multimedia design or related disciplines；
2. 3年及以上专业设计公司工作经验，有网站，平面，电子商贸网及产品详情页设计等工作经验者优先；
At least 3 years relevant working experience in Web & Graphic Design, e-commerce, online product detail page Design；
3. 有亚马逊，天猫，VIP.com或其他在线平台设计等相关经验；
Experience in designing the artwork for Amazon, Tmall, VIP.com or other online platform；
4. 具有丰富的视觉创作经验，有婴儿产品或相关行业工作经验；
Experienced in Baby Product or related industry；
5. 有摄影和照片修饰经验；
Experienced in Photography & Photo Retouching；
6. 具备扎实的美术功底、独立设计能力和创新能力；
Strong sense in layout and presentation；
7. 有使用Word Press，HTML，CSS和Javascript的经验；
Experience in using Word Press, HTML, CSS and Javascript；
8. 熟练使用 AI、PS、ID 等设计软件，熟悉MAC操作系统，熟悉印刷及输出制作流程；
Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Flash; knowledge in output and digital printing production is a definite advantage；
9. 工作责任感强，善于沟通，具有良好的职业素质和团队合作精神。
Strong sense of responsibility, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team work,good professional quality.
