任职要求：
1. 本岗位为实习岗位，欢迎大学本科大三、研究生(研一、研二)在读学生申请；
2. 能够灵活安排自己的学习时间，保证每周4天及以上的出勤；
3. 良好的英文听说读写能力, CET-4及以上；
4. 能灵活应用WS office工具，特别是Excel；
5. 较强的学习能力、组织协调及沟通能力；
6. 注重细节，关注高质与高效；
7. 能较好处理压力，能在较强的压力下工作；
8. 实习期至少5-6个月（无法满足实习时间要求者慎投）。


Area of responsibility:
? Responsible for the services assigned by the team leader;
? Supplier management of Intermodal service;
? Handle inbound/outbound barge, rail and truck service delivery;
? Coordinate on barge, rail and truck connection with mother vessel;
? Operate the intermodal service in line with the guideline of Cost Leadership;
?
Essential Job tasks:
? Ensure timely connection with mother vessel service;
? Distribute the volume based on the allocation from procurement and also the guideline. Conduct supplier performance management;
? Handling relevant documents;
? Coordinate on service requirement and assist in the collection of relevant charges as per SOP;
? Work with agency to handle ad hoc special operational tasks;

Objectives of the position:
? Transhipment connection to mother vessel service for export;
? Dwell time of transhipment;
? Intermodal unit cost;
? Contribution to the cost saving plan;
?
Learning opportunities in the position:
? Develop the general knowledge of operation in container shipping;
? Specialize in intermodal service and connection to global network;
? Simplification and standardization of operational process in order to improve both efficiency and effectiveness;
? Following ML’s operating system in the flow of business handling process;

Specific requirements for the position:
? University student;
? Good interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, analysis skills;
? Good communication and stake holder management;
