Job Duties:

· To provide professional HR support/services on resourcing & recruitment for rural banks development. Manage job vacancies and the effectiveness of recruitment so as to drive the recruitment efforts and meet the business needs for rural banking business.

· To identify key staffing issues by conducting analysis on the KPIs and regular management reports in terms of staff turn-over rate, workforce profiles, recruitment completion rate as well as progress reports.

· To propose customized HR policies/standardized working procedures based on local business needs and ensure they are in align with Group’s core values and requirements.

· To work closely with rural bank HR to ensure standard HR processes and procedures are communicated and implemented in all rural banks.

· To build close and harmonious relationship with both HBCN internal HR portfolio teams and external customers and vendors.

· To train up local HR and hiring managers in rural banks by providing guidelines and coaching on their hiring skill set.

· To support the staff development and the related Learning and Development Programs in rural banks.

· To provide on-going feedback and coaching to rural bank HR staff members, not limited to recruitment, but also performance management, training and etc.

Job Requirements:

· University graduate (recognized by the state).

· At least 6 years working experience in overall HR management, in-depth job knowledge and expertise in recuiting and training are preferred.

· Strong problem solving capability

· Fluent spoken and written English.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Mature, self motivated and can work independently under pressure.

· Willing to take business travel.
