职位描述：
Job Purpose
Performing managing role to all import/export /customs daily operation to ensure legal compliance within Customs policy and regulations in all subsidiaries. Define proper SOP to ensure the company procedure is in compliant to Corporate internal audit requirement. Implementing company’s assignment related to Customs affairs to support business growth. Managing the service level and cost control of inbound freight forwarder and broker to meet our required target. Maintain good relationship with Government Bureau at all kinds of Customs issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Build up GRC customs team and set up the strategy and KPIs for the team.
- Oversee the daily operation of Customs team, and provide direct supervision to individual on all import/export and Customs affairs.
- Set up and implementing daily running procedures to compliance to Customs regulations, as well as internal audit requirement.
- Managing all financial tax/duties regarding import/export and distribution processes in timely manner.
- Benchmarking the brokerage fee and maintain the best cost and service level from the broker, set up KPI and regular service review .
- Enhance the management to inbound forwarders, set up KPI and regular service review
- Ensure the update of HTS code registration in Pre-classification Customs system.
- Quick respond to new rules and regulations released by Customs and CIQ
- Maintain effective and professional relationships with the Customs and CIQ Bureau..
- Accurate and timeous reporting of relevant management information to the direct/indirect reporting managers.

- Strong sense of global trade and tariff affairs
- Good working knowledge of supply chain related functions

- Good command of spoken and written in both Chinese and English




- Degree or above
- At least 10 years relevant experience in logistics
- MNC company working experience is preferred
