Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Exploring potential business from existing customer:
-new project motion, get chance for new business quotation;
-make quotation;
-collect and analyze information of competitors and customers;
-business negotiation;
2. Learning customer focus by:
-organizing customer meeting;
-working with primary support to track outstanding incidents, requirements progress;
-keeping customer updated with all the progress;
3. Being familiar with industry and VISTA knowledge and customer business:
-being able to give reasonable suggestions to customer against to the product questions or requirements;
-being able to analyze customer request and make feature document accordingly;
-Working with product and development team to track the feature progress until the deliverable is accepted;
4. Managing account receivables: license, maintenance, development and service billing;
5. Maintaining account information in CRM system to keep the customer information accuracy. Reminding management team for any potential business risk from customer with suggestions, raising account management report timely;
6. Visiting customers regularly, carrying the customer survey and improving the customer satisfaction accordingly;
7. Responsible for customer’s visiting reception, presentation, and visit on plant to meet expectation;
Qualification and Requirements
- Bachelor degree or the above;
- Five years or more experience on account management;
- Good for oral expression, presentation ability in both Chinese and English. Effective communication, negotiating technical ability;
- Auxiliary technical ability: Word 2000, Excel 2000, PowerPoint 2000, Project 2000;
- Experience in movie industry will be plus;
