Responsibilities 职责：
- Product design by using Inventor or Solidworks
使用Inventor 或Solidworks软件设计产品;
- Be active in the work for develop product for local market
积极投入适合本土市场产品的开发工作；
- To create (for local products) the product specification
为本土产品设计产品规格
- To lead project meeting for following up of project status for each department
主持由各相关部门参与的项目情况跟进会议；
- To plan and follow up R&D projects so that the confirmed product implementation date are reached
计划并跟进研发项目，确保项目的实施时间表能够按时完成；
- To secure that Ostberg Quality is reached in all details of components tat the final product are within the norm for Ostberg Quality
确保零部件的质量在各个细节均符合奥斯博格品质的要求，以确保最终产品的品质符合奥斯博格品质的要求；
- To create specification for material
创建零部件的规格要求；
- To support purchase department for verifying supplier for new components according material specification
根据新零部件规格的要求协助采购部门甄别供应商；
- To support purchase department to confirm that new components/products fulfil the quality demands
协助采购部门以确保新的料件或产品满足质量要求；
- Product/component change mangement，Product ECN/ECR handling
零部件更新管理, 产品变更处理
- Create complete set of drawings for all R&D components/products
创建所有研发零部件与产品的完整的图纸；
- Create product code in ERP
在ERP系统中创建料号；
- Create BOM structure in ERP
在ERP系统中创建BOM；
- Create a draft for SP (the final SP will be done together with Production department)
起草产品的生产流程（最终流程需要与生产部共同确定）;
- Create draft for Direction for use and other related documents.
创建使用指南及其他相关文件；
- Technical support to marketing, production, procurement and quality departments.
支持市场部、生产部、采购部及质量部等部门的工作；
- Participate and propose solutions of technical information/documentation in order to get efficient production process.
为取得更为有效的生产流程，参与并提出技术信息和文件；
- Competitor analysis.
竞争对手分析；
- Support the process for measuring of production time for new product.
协助测算新产品的生产时间；
- Assist testing products in the laboratory.
协助在实验室中测试产品；
- Monthly report to Superior about the status of work and must be finalized within 5 working days
以月报的形式向上级主管汇报工作，且月报需在每月的第五个工作日内完毕。
