Production Planner / Operative Purchaser (m/f)

Your tasks:
Managing the area of responsibility regarding all the operative purchasing and production schedule related tasks of our assembling line China:

- Interact with sales team, production department and suppliers to create and maintain production schedules with estimated finishing dates
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
- Regularly review inventory and supplier updates for problems that will affect the production schedule
- Purchase raw materials and components and ensure that all required materials arrive as promised
- Seek out and specify the best procedures and partners for incoming and outgoing freight

Our requirements:
- College graduate or above
- 3 Years work experience as production planner and/or purchaser
Preferably with background working in the bicycle industry
- Chinese native (fluent in Mandarin) and good command of English in both written and oral in order to communicate with international suppliers and your team leader in China and our Headquarter in Germany
- Competent in using MS Office applications
- Personally interested in the bicycle sector, its sport, lifestyle and industry
- The ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision and willingness to continuously improve processes and own capabilities
