* 准备每周和月度实际损报告和滚动预测，准备详细的财务分析,成本差异和库存运动。
* 月末关闭, 检查由GBS提供和财务报表，确保准确。
* 准备客户/项目损益表，每月提供实时更新的有益的分析每个客户和项目管理他们的商业决策。
* 准备锦鲤报告，及时操作销售成本控制和需求分析。
* 理解公司的政策, 准备与所有部门审查功能, 以确保公司符合SOX要求。
* 每月对库存循环盘点, 准备循环盘点报告。
* 验证标准成本和运行成本计算。
* 准备现金流预测和实际现金流量表。
职位要求:
1，大专及其以上，金融、会计或相关专业，制造业/成本会计背景者优先。
2，1年及其以上相关财务工作经验。
3，能阅读, 分析和解释财务报告，了解美国公认会计准则和中国公认会计准则的会计政策。
4，英文读写熟练，口语优秀者优先考虑。
5，良好的沟通和分析能力, 责任心强。

Job Description:
1. Prepare weekly and monthly actual P&L report vs rolling forecast comparison, prepare detailed financial analysis for PPV, cost variance and inventory movement.
2. Allocate MOH among Multek sites at month end closing, check financial booking which prepared by GBS and ensure accurate financial statement.
3. Prepare customer /project P&L monthly to provide real time update on beneficial analysis of each customer and project to management for their business decision making.
4. Prepare KOI report weekly and monthly timely to operation and sales for cost control and demand analysis.
5. Understand company policy well and prepare SOX SOD review with all department function every month to ensure company in compliance with SOX requirement. Supporting audit of company accounts.
6. Monthly cycle count for inventory on hand and prepare cycle count report.
7. Verify std cost and running cost calculation and maintenance by GBS especially for inter-co sales and customer consigned purchasing.
8. Prepare cash flow forecast and actual cash flow statement of company.
Job Requirements:
1. Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience and
training. a background in manufacturing/cost Accounting is preferred.
2. Typically requires 1 years above related experienc
3. Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports. Well understand US GAAP and China GAAP accounting policy.
4. Fluent English spoken, writing and reading.
