Open Position: Regional Sales Manager (Center & South China)
                                大区销售经理
Company Introduction:
It is a German company, which has around 100 years of history in electrical industry; main products include fuse, harmonic management, reactive compensation and power quality optimization, and so on.
Main customers come from Power Utility, OEM and Industrial & commercial projects
Report to: GM
Subordinates: 7+
Main responsibility
? Fulfill the set budget agreed between company and Regional Sales team
? Specify Market transparency.
? Manage, train, and support the sales team in the responsible region and sales activities
? Develop business in Power Utility, OEM and Industrial & commercial projects
? Prepare monthly report to Superior about market, competitors, team, forecasts etc.
? Cost control in daily business and marketing activity
? Implement the company strategy and conduct this implementation in the region
? Coordinate and manage the conflicts between regions and Sales.
? Perform other reasonable work assigned by superior..
 
完成销售目标;明确市场透明度 管理、培训、支持所辖区域的销售团队;
系统的负责供电系统、OEM和工业/商业项目的业务拓展;
定期向其主管汇报关于市场、竞争对手、团队、销售预测等信息 控制销售费用和开展市场行为;
执行公司战略在所属区域的分解目标,并保证其在所属区域的实施;
协调区域、销售之间的关系以及进行冲突管理 主管分配的其它工作;
 
Task:
? Implement and achieve the commercial targets and objectives.
? Make appropriate analysis of the market and competitors
? Track and feedback on key customer requirements and expectations
? Continue to develop potential customers
? Manage the regional team and distributors
? Provide coaching and development to build the team competence and build team spirit, monitor and evaluate sales performance
 
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above, major in electric engineering or automation
? Familiar with fuse, CDC (Cable distribution cubicle box) market will be a plus
? 8+ years electrical sales experience
? 2+ years project sales management experience
? Be good at English speaking and writing (5-6/10)
 
 
本科以上学历,电气工程或者自动化专业;
8年以上电气行业销售工作经验2年以上销售管理工作经验;
良好的沟通和协作技巧良好的英语口语及书面表达能力(5-6/10);
良好的人际关系能力;
熟悉熔断器、电缆分支箱产品市场优先考虑;
Location: Kunshan, Jiangsu Province (near Suzhou Industrial Park)
