职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and facilitate of the whole bid process, Compile quotations for OE equipment in response to enquiries from customers including preparation of multi-machine packages to China Market.
Manage & organize the team to finish all the documents timely and accurately so as to meet the deadline of bid opening as customer required.
2. Lead and consolidate China Tender team to be successful in the transitional process from UK to China, including Forecast, Quote Register No. Generation, Machine Configuration Input, BWS price Generation, margin percentage, etc through SAP as well as GSOP and Sales Order completion, bid opening etc.
Be responsible for the accuracy of all the inputs, configurations, specs, price, delivery etc...

3 Development of China Tender Team through structured training and personal guidance.
Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the business objectives and strategy for the Joy China Tender Department.
The target is to make this new team capable of quoting all Joy products (Shearer, Continuous Miner, Shuttle Car, AFC, PRS made in abroad from China. (Transfer this job from Joy UK to Joy China)
4. Be responsible for the quotation of all products being manufactured in China. (such as linepan, Shuttle Car, etc.) These products will be sold to China Market and Oversea market.
5. Gathering and monitoring intelligence from bidding company and end user to increase the success of bid.
Providing feedback to directors as necessary.
6. Increased Joy profitability through increased sales and contracts.
7. Increased customer/bidding agent satisfaction through timely supply of question clarification.
Constantly improving customer relationship
8 Liaison with all involved areas of the business including Legal, Sales, Commercial, Finance and technical to ensure the tenders are accurate and within compliance requirements of the customers.
9 Supervise and guide team to complete China Tender Database
10 Motivate and support reporting employees to enable them to achieve targets and solve problems.
11 Assist Joy Tianjin Commercial: facilitation / distribution of all Parts Contract
Requirements:
-The ability to plan, organize, manage and communicate effectively
-Good commercial awareness, particularly with regard to finance and contract law, or up to 4~5 years relevant working experiences.
-Good knowledge of all Joy's products
-Relevant experience in Mining Industry
-Competent in the use of Microsoft Office software and sound knowledge of SAP business system
-Problem analyzing and solving abilities
-Strong physical constitution; Good personality and good attitude.
-The ability to recognise priorities and respond accordingly
-Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
-Excellent communication skills (both Chinese and English, written and oral)
