Follow all standard procedures in serving the guest, as outlined in training manual and standards manual.
遵循所有标准程序,按照培训手册和标准手册服务客人。
Maintain station in accordance with standards at all times.
任何时候在区域内保持标准的一致性。
Develop a complete knowledge of menu items, their garnish, contents and preparation methods. Be ready to answer any guest questions about the menu in a positive and concise way. Know the use records.
熟知并掌握菜单的相关知识,以便随时能用简单明确的方式回答任何客人提出有关菜单的任何问题。
Operate the Point of Sale terminal correctly and follow all Marriott check-closing procedures.
遵循万豪的正确结账方式。
Practice aggressive hospitality and use Suggestive Selling techniques when taking guest’s order.
在为客人点单的时候运用积极灵活的销售方式。
Check corridors for trays when returning from delivering orders.
检查走廊中送餐后未收回的托盘。
Clean and break down trays in dish area, watching for un-used and clean condiments, salt, pepper, and sugar and return them to room service area.
清理餐盘并将没有使用过的送餐器皿回收至部门。
Develop a good knowledge of beverages, liquors, and wine service.
熟悉酒水知识的服务流程。
Insure oncoming shit has adequate supply of silverware, trays, napkins, condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, etc.
确保每个班次有充足的营运物品。
Complete all daily and weekly-assigned side work.
完成每日和每周分配的工作。
Participate in daily line-up and menu classes.
参加每日小组试菜。
Chewing gum or smoking is not allowed while on duty.
上班时间不允许咀嚼口香糖或吸烟。
Attend all meetings or training seminars as required.
出席所有会议或相关培训。
