1.Familiar with real estate market and have the ability to analyze and forecast industry trend.
2.Conduct various real estate market study.
3.Write real estate market report in English.

Requests:
1.At lease bachelor degree in real estate, architecture, finance or relevant.
2.Working experience in real estate or market research is preferred.
3.Excellent English ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing, excellent mandarin, can write market research report in both English and Chinese.
4.Strong statistics and financial analysis skills.
5.Team spirit and take challenge and pressure.
6.Proficient in Microsoft, especially Excel, PowerPoint.
