GKN Driveline Torque Technology is in a leading market position and provides the widest range of geared systems and torque management devices. A new manufacturing facility for Torque Technology Products has been set up located at Kang Qiao, Pudong.
Job responsibilities: Control process quality
Report to: Quality Engineer
主要职责：控制产品质量
汇报给质量工程师
Process inspection and quality summary,
Incoming inspection and quality summary,
Outgoing inspection and quality summary,
Collect non-conforming parts and feed back quality information timely.
负责生产过程检验及质量检验情况统计；
负责来料检验及质量检验情况统计；
负责出库检验及质量检验情况统计；
及时收集不合格品，及时反馈所有生产有关的产品质量信息。
Job requirements:
Technical secondary school or above, major in mechanical,
More than 3 year of quality control related working experience in mechanical environment,
Good ability to read and understand drawing, and fulfill inspection independently,
Be skilled for operating CMM, Profile Project and common inspection gauge,
Have Knowledge about quality system of TS16949,
Good ability for computer and English,
Adapt to work in 3 shift.
职位要求：
机械加工类中专以上学历；
三年以上机械加工类工厂质量控制方面工作经验；
具备很好的识图能力，根据要求能独立完成产品检验；
熟练使用常用量具，及投影仪、三次元测量仪等测量工具；
了解ISO/TS16949体系要求；
具有良好的计算机操作能力和英语基础；
能适应翻班工作。
