职位描述：
1. Assuring proper functionality and on time maintenance (preventive) of TTC plant facilities (e.g. Power, HVAC, CA, Water, Fuel supply, Waste management etc.) in compliance with the local regulations
确保工厂厂务系统稳定运行及及时维护（例如电力系统、中央空调系统、空压气系统、水系统、油品供应系统、废物处理系统）以确保符合相关法规要求;
2. In charge of utility system operation and maintenance includes HV & LV electrical system, HVAC system, CA system, fire protection system, cool water system etc. related to utilities.
负责厂务系统运行及维护工作，包括高低压配电系统、空压气系统、消防系统、冷却水系统等
3. Preventive maintenance/trouble shooting of facility related installations and equipment;
厂务系统相关设备维护保养、故障处理、及安装工作
4. Area of work assignments include:
工作范围
- building and technical equipment of the building
建筑物及相关设施维护
- heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems (special air-handling system, exhaust gas system)
加热、排风、空调系统（新风及排风系统）
- refrigeration supply system (standard cooling, low-temperature cooling, cooling water supply)
制冷系统（标准冷却水、低温冷却水、冷却水供应）
- air compressor unit (compressed air generation and distribution)
压缩空气系统（空压机及压缩空气供应）
- water treatment system (water distribution, wastewater system, separation unit)
废水处理系统（供水、废水处理系统）
- fire-extinguishing system (different systems applied)
消防系统
- heating system
加热系统
- fuel supply system
燃油供应系统
5. Facility capacity/reliability related projects implementation;
厂务相关项目实施
6. On site Supplier management including but not limited as:
现场供应商管理包含但不限于
- janitor subcontractor management;
保洁供应商管理
- lanscaping subcontractor management;
绿化供应商管理
- subcontractor of facility and special equipment maintenance supplier management;
特种设备维护供应商管理
7. Energy consumption management, initiative cost saving project implement
能源管理，推进节能项目实施;;
8. Facility system related to ISO9001 management(procedure/document/record);ISO9001
相关厂务部门文件管理（制定程序、保存文件、记录）

岗位要求：

1. Bachelor degree with major in automation specialty (Mechanical, automation etc);
自动化相关专业（机械或自动化专业）、本科毕业
2. 5+ years’ in facility operation and maintenance experience, strong background in Mechanical Engineering, especially in heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, and cooling (HVAC), Mechanical & Electrical infrastructure and facilities management;
5年以上厂务相关工作经验，具备较强机械自动化工作背景（加热、排风、空调系统、冷却系统等）
3. Having High Voltage Licenses, Low Voltage License;
具有高低压电工作业证
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with subordinates, peers and management;
英文书面、口语流利
5. Good team work spirit and result-driven to achieve target;
具有团队合作精神及追求完成目标的工作态度
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
