Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing large MICE/Government, group/Wedding business related opportunities with significant revenue potential.

1. Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.

2. Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.

达到个人及部门销售目标,保证每一单生意都能够及时应付,并为客人提供恰当的服务

3. Responsible for driving customer/guest loyalty by delivering excellence service throughout each customer/guest experience.

4. Provides service to our customers in order to grow the account on behalf of Marriott International, across the enterprise.

1. Target MICE/Government group accounts, markets, or segments with heavy emphasis on proactive solicitation and account saturation.

瞄准重要公司及政府团队、市场,或着重主动邀请客户和使自身收益最大化

2. Partners with MICE/Government group and wedding counterpart to effectively manage the business opportunity.

主动和公司或政府团队以及婚宴生意的相关负责人营建良好关系,有效地增加相 关的生意机会

3. Responds to incoming MICE/Government group opportunities for the property that are outside parameters of the Event Sales Team.

负责处理企业外的会展及政府团队的机遇并避免与宴会销售部相冲

4. Handles all F&B opportunities if property does not participate in an Event Sales Department.

把握宴会销售部没有涉足的、有关餐饮所有方面的机遇

5. Identifies, qualifies and solicits new MICE/Government group business to achieve personal and F&B team’s revenue goals.

区分、检验及寻求新的公司及政府组的生意以达到餐饮部团队的销售目标

6. Focuses efforts on MICE/Government group accounts with significant potential sales revenue.

集中开发在会展/政府组中的潜在收入

7. Develops effective MICE/Government group sales plans and actions.

要有计划并安排好会展/政府组销售行动方案

8. Designs, develops and sells creative catered packages.

设计,创立并售出有新意的销售套餐

9. Maximizes F&B revenue by up-selling promotion packages and creative food and beverage.

10. Understands the overall market – competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.

11. Closes the best opportunities for each property based on market conditions and individual property needs.

14. Gains understanding of the property’s primary target customer and service expectations; serves the customer by understanding their business types, business issues and concerns, to offer better business solution.

15. Works collaboratively with intra-property sales channels (e.g., Event Sales Team, Sales Team, F&B Outlets) to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary and not duplicative.

16. Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.

17. Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for MICE/Government group sales opportunities.

19. Provides accurate, complete and effective turnover to F&B outlets.

20. Conducting Daily Sales Activities that Achieve Individual/Team Goals

21. Responds to incoming MICE/Government group opportunities for the F&B outlets and property that are outside parameters of the Event Sales Team

紧抓宴会销售部没有涵括的,又是属于会展/政府组的餐厅生意机遇

22. Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating promotion proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).

执行及支持业务运营方面的预订(例如,筹备一个计划,拟写合同,收集客户意见)


任职要求:

? 2 years experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area.

2年以上销售经验和市场营销、客户服务、前台或相关专业领域。

? 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.

2年学位认证大学工商管理,市场营销,酒店和餐厅管理或相关专业;不需要工作经验。
