Purpose / Mission
· To provide efficient and effective administration support to Director, SCM


Accountabilities
Planning
· Support in planning and management of workload for Head of SCM
· Planning of smaller projects and tracking progress

Management
· Provide general administrative support to Head of SCM including Calendar Management, task management and follow up, filing of expense claims, meeting coordination, reception of visitors, receive and screen phone calls, translation etc
· Keep track of travel and holiday plans of key members of the department
· Document meetings (take minutes) and track progress of actions
· Filing and retrieval of key documents
· Coordinate and follow up on action points for Internal audit report
· Various ad hoc tasks and projects

· Design and operate simple Excel and Access tools/reports
