Task description:

Responsible for technical concept and lead the quality management projects
带领团队完成技术方案，参加汽车主机厂的质量管理项目

Communication with customer
与客户的业务部门进行沟通和协调

Analysis of mechanical or electrical quality problems
机械或电气质量问题的分析

Defining, accompanying and monitoring of measures for quality problems at suppliers
供应商质量问题的分析，制定解决方案以及监控

Develops the Engineering Team
发展质量工程师团队

Reporting system and monitoring of quality indicators
质量指标的报告制度和监控


任职要求：
Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering or any other comparable final degree
机械工程，电子工程，汽车工程或相关专业的本科及以上学历

More than five years’ experience in automotive quality department or supplier quality management department
五年以上汽车行业质量管理经验或供应商质量管理经验

Project management experience of automotive industry is preferred
有汽车行业项目管理经验优先

Familiar with the quality standards of European or American automotive OEMs.
熟悉欧美汽车主机厂的质量标准

Fluent English written and spoken
能讲流利的英文

Good communication skills
具有良好的沟通协调能力

Creativity for technical solutions
