This job is to support the Regional Account Manager in the routine execution of their duties, including order fulfillment, the handling of customer inquiries. follow-up with key and non-key accounts, preparation of reports for key accounts. The position also requires the handling of specific portions of order processing as outlined below.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Order Processing

• Requesting/creating all master data for New Wins, including requesting the creation of Sold-To customer, creating the listings, info-records and pricing;
• Creating the sales order in SAP directly,
• Ensure the on-going maintenance and accuracy of SD master data such as customer, listings, info-records and pricing with customer service rep.
• For confirmed orders created by the Sales Office, Sales Service will send the order acknowledgement to the customer;
• Communicating changes in order status as needed to relevant parties;
• Issuing of sales contract for New Wins directly with customer;
• Assist Customer Service and Finance as needed with issues concerning Credit Terms and Outstanding Payments with clients to ensure commercial is always aware of issues that may have a fundamental impact on the commercial relationship

2.Complaint Handling

• The position will be responsible, in coordination with CS and the Account Manager, for the handling and resolution of Quality-related complaints arising out of supply, as well as the coordination of the return of goods where necessary.

3.Sales Service Support

• Visit the key account per account manager's requests
• Assist account manager in following up projects, samples and quotes etc.
• Handle/service all non-key account inquiries directly
• Assume responsibility for service of non-key accounts to allow Account Managers more time to focus on Key Accounts;
• Assist commercial with travel arrangements, meetings and conferences, and assist with ensuring external and internal (IFF) customer visits are properly arranged.

4.Reports

• Gather, prepare and complete reports needed for regionally and globally managed accounts
  Prepare account reports as needed for commercial and management.

Requirements:
Essential:

• At least 1 or 2-year working experience
• Major in Food Science or Chemistry
• Has the potential to be the sales
• Good computer and system skills, i.e., Excel, Word, etc.
• Ability to work under pressure while producing consistent, accurate results
• Strong customer focus, results oriented
• Ability to take responsibility for accounts and solve problems

Preferred:

• College degree preferred
• Fluent English preferred
