职位描述：
工作职责：
1）对供应商产线进行日常稽核，寻求改善空间，并推动供应商内部质量进行质量改善。 Audit supplier production line everyday(QPA), seek the improvement space, and push supplier relevant dep do improvement.
2）对供应商拟定辅导计划，按公司设定的目标辅导供应商，引导供应商质量朝着设定方向发展，逐渐实现公司设定的各项考核指标Provide guideline to suppliers, according to the target that company set up to guide the supplier do improvement , orient suppliers quality to meet PV target
3）现场评估供应商的制程能力，现场监督供应商做好FAI检查，中查，尾查机制，查核PCP的执行情况，对供应商制程能力不足的地方提出改善建议，并现场推动改善 Evaluate process capability on the site , monitor and push supplier build FAI inspection, interm inspection, final inspection rules, audit PCP, for insufficient items need to push improvement
4）现场监督供应商对质量工具，如SPC, APQP，PPAP，FMEA，MSA，Cpk,Ppk，精益生产，6Sigma 7S等品管手法的执行Push suppliers create quality tools and implementation, such as SPC, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, Cpk, PPK, lean production, 7S 6Sigma and other quality management practices.
5）督导供应商做不良原材MRB会议，保证物料问题能及时解决，供应商货物出现质量事故时，第一时间采取拦截补救措施Supervise suppliers to do MRB meeting for the NG parts, ensure the material problem can be solved in time, when outsourcing parts happened quality issues, first time to take containment action and rescue the loss.
6）负责供应商审核计划的执行，每天现场督促供应商提供质量运行报告，生产计划报表Carry out supplier audit plan, and supervise the supplier to provide quality operation report, production plan report etc.
7）现场督促供应商处理外购件的投诉事故，现场督促事故原因分析，协助主管按时回复报告给客服工程师Push supplier to deeal with complaints issues, on-site supervise supplier take action,do the root cause analysis, assist supervisor reply customer service engineer promptly
8）当供应商质量事故发生并造成经济损失时，协助主管对供应商质量事故进行开具索赔通知，并跟踪索赔进度，直到完成When happened cost for the quality issues,assist the supervisor release debit claim to the supplier and tracking the progress
9）对每次投诉开SCAR或8D给供应商，并现场督促改善计划及对其结果进行验证，确认事故关闭时间Issue SCAR or 8D to the supplier for each complaint, and to supervise the improvement plan and verify the results, confirm the accident closing time.
10）执行现场AQL验货工作，码头检查，拍照确认出货前的标签包装信息，核对产品包装方式，数量，规格，品名，发货地等信息，并拍照存底Perform on-site AQL inspection, dock-inspection, take picture for tracking before goods shipout,confirm packaging label information, quantity, specifications, goods name, shipping destination etc
11）编写各种作业标准，建立SOP，WI，根据客户要求，编辑并制定出货检验标准Create all kinds of SOP,WI,and build quality criterial according to the customer's requirement.
12）协助采购部门评估供应商产能和交货进度跟踪Assist the purchasing department to evaluate the supplier capacity and delivery schedule.
13）向供应商传达公司质量标准，并培训供应商相关部门人员，推动公司质量策略在供应商工厂得到充分执行Convey company quality criterial to supplier and train suppliers staff to promote PV quality policy be implemented .
14）完成上级交代的其他任务Other task assigned by SQE supervisor
职位要求：
1）全日制大学本科以上,机械机电类专业Full time bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or electrical
2）英语会读写，口语交流没问题者优先 english can reading and writing, priority if can fluent oral communication
3) 外向型性格，要求协调沟通能力强，处理问题有方法，工作主动认真负责Open personality, strong communication skills required, there are methodical ways to deal with the problem, hard working and initiatives with strong responsibility.
4) 五年以上供应商质量管理辅导经验，对下属有管理经验Above five years experience in supplier quality management,coaching, and can management subordinates.
5）熟练操作excel,word,PPT等办公软件Can using excel,word,PPT such office's software 举报 分享
