职位描述：

Job Duties:

? To assist Application Fraud Operation Manager to implement and execute the fraud risk management strategies to minimize risks of exposure & loss and attainment of strategic & operating objectives.

? To enable business by incorporating and aligning group wide FRM tools and systems,

? To build up in house application fraud operations to control the fraud risk exposure in credit card, HML and personal loan products.

? To ensure the new fraud modus operandi is reviewed and analyzed, and control weakness is identified and mitigated in a timely manner.

? To assist Application Fraud Operation Manager to ensure fraud operations team works in compliance with related laws and regulations. .

? To complete other work related to application fraud operation or assigned by Application Fraud Operation Manager .

? To assist in maintenance constructive relationship with internal strategic partners.

Job Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree or above;

? Good appreciation of fraud risk management concept and framework. At least 5 year's work experience of banking.

? Sound experience in application fraud operations and investigations.

? Knowledge and experience in application fraud management of card or general banking are essential

? Possess good understanding of system setupand be able to make good use of systems / data for fraud trend analysis.

? Able to work independently with minimal supervision, could work under pressure

? Fluency in both written and verbal English and Mandarin.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skill

? Strong planning, prioritization and organizational skills

? Good stakeholders, internal and external, management skills
