Responsibilities:
The key objective is to satisfy customer need by providing the Good Quality products, fast response to customer question mark through continuous improvement coordinating with business, technical and supply chain. ？Optimize quality management system.
？Implement Quality Measurement mechanism.
？Manage customer complaints (start to completion).
？Analyze data and develop continuous improvement strategies and timely completion of corrective action plans.
？Perform annual quality improvement objectives
？Update quality performance and action plan monthly to management team.
？SLOB management
？Cost of poor quality management (Un-qualified, yield, returns etc)
？Monitor and report product quality based upon pre-defined metrics and KPI
？Assure the third party assessment be compliance.
？Other detailed activities related.
？Assist to set up annual supply chain index for Packaging APAC.
？Coordinate the quality activity or program in APAC.

Requirements:
？Bachelor degree or above, preferable major in Chemistry, polymer, etc
？Statistical skills (SPC, MSA, DOE etc.);
？Quality System, Quality assurance tools, Quality Control for manufacturing, understanding of B2B coating business
？Good English Skills
？Good management skills crossing functions
？Working capability with technical, and sales team
？Coating formulation, application knowledge are preferred
？At least 8 years relevant working experience
？Experience in multi-national preferred.
？QA management role in B2B coating business or have very strong Quality assurance capability in other related industries.
