Responsibilities:
？Release sales orders in line with credit policy
？Create billing documents
？Clear incoming payment and bill of exchange ？Issue system invoices and mail invoices to customers
？Customer master data maintenance
？AR & credit control document filing
？Monthly aging report preparation
？VAT reconciliation between tax system and ERP
？AR reconciliation on a regular basis both interco and third party
？Provide support to annual statutory audit or internal audit related to AR and credit control
？OTC process development and improvement
？AR accounting operation optimization

Requirements:
？College or Bachelor degree in Accounting/Business
？Able to work independently with little supervision
？Knowledge in SAP FI and SD module
？Strong communication skill and proactive service attitude
？Command of both written and oral English
？Expertise in spreadsheet, Word and PowerPoint
？Strong ownership in ensuring accuracy and timeliness of accounting transactions
？Dare to change by constantly challenging the existing accounting processes
？Strong business sense and communication skill
？Able to grow together with the business
？2 years Accounting experience in a multinational company; AR or credit control experience preferred
