Responsibilities:
 Monthly reporting and monitoring topline and contribution margin;Monthly business commentary

 Key account performance tracking
Annual budget and operating plan involvement and monitoring
Support financial controller in OWC and EBITDA driving
Key initiative / major investment profitability analysis
Business model setup and scenario running
Support and evaluate business plans (short-term & long-term) to provide analytical information to management team for decision making
Responsible for corporate processes such as margin improvement, key account management, RD&I or sales effectiveness and any possible BSC’s processes to facilitate all relevant functions to improve based on master plan and corporate targets.
 Participate activities and projects initiated by other marketing functions such as segment or country marketing plan, marketing projects and event management, etc..which also include market/customer visits.
Responsible for relevant market data analysis and research for specific projects and activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Accounting; Relevant professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) or MBA degree would be an advantage.
Strong financial reporting and marketing analytical skill
Proficient in SAP and Business Warehouse
Logic thinking with process driven concept and business acumen
Strong computer skills especially in Excel & PPT
Fluent spoken and written English
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
Demonstrated experience in the development of messaging, positioning, sales tools, and market analysis
Strong ownership in ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting submission
Strong business sense and communication skill
Strong ability & willingness to learn and high potential to grow
2+ years working experience in a financial analysis or business position of a multinational company. The work experience in a FMCG/chemical industry is a plus.
