Responsibilities:
？ Manages direct sales to solar and LED industry China and Southeast Asia
？ Coordinates as account Manager ongoing Turn Key Chemical Distribution System Installation Projects at solar customer sites
？ Supports customers on technical and safety related matters
？ Pro-actively pursues new growth opportunities at existing and new customers to grow the business.
？ Builds and maintains relationships with local sales and support staff of (foreign) technology licensors to the solar and LED industry
？ Develops and maintains market information in solar and LED industry
？ Participates in Global HPMO Sales and Marketing Meetings
Requirements:
？ A technical background in sciences or engineering, preferably in the semiconductor area, or other relevant discipline
？ Several years of proven (technical) sales experience to the LED industry or solar cell manufacturing industry preferably at an electronics materials or tool supplier
？ Proven track record of successfully developing and growing substantial business with new or existing customers
？ Experience in negotiation of large, long term supply agreements with customers
？ Project management and planning skills
？ Good interpersonal skills, and empathy for cultural differences
？ Proactive
？ Fluent English (written/spoken)
