Job Description

1.Under the supervision of HSE manager, to take all HSE daily responsibility roles of Songjiang Site. To be the site HSE responsible and coordinator as the backup of HSE manager. The person will be fully dedicated to Songjiang Site HSE&S activities.
2.Develop and implement systems, procedures, and training to drive all aspects of HSE performance and compliance to all regulatory and Akzonobel's requirements.
3.Develop proactive HSE plan/program to drive incident reduction.
4.Achieve continuous improvement by tracking corrective actions from internal audit, BBS, Near Miss report, incident investigation, safety alerts and HSE&S meetings.
5.Manage regulatory permits relate to HSE. Interface directly with outside government agencies, community groups, and other external constituents and stakeholders as needed to obtain and maintain site regulatory permits. Negotiate permit requirements with government agencies.
6.Monitor/track site operation related mandatory certificates/licenses update.
7.Complete and submit internal and external HSE related reports as required.
8.Monitor of HSE related figures and provide improvement suggestion or requirement to relevant responsible.
9.Involve in HSE Incident Investigation and Corrective Action Processes.
10.Conduct risk and occupational exposure assessments, develop and implement exposure monitoring plan. Manages and responds to HSE&S issues and crises that affect operations.
11.Monitor safe working condition and behavior during process, follow up of non-conformance.
12. Involve in new project/process change as HSE advisor to make it in compliance with AN's group standard and local legislati-on.
13.Involve in service suppliers(HSE related) selection.
14. Conduct daily site check and provide report and tracing.
15.Other appointments assigned by Operations Manager APAC.

Qualifications:

1. University degree in HSE or engineering
2. Good English in reading, writing, speaking.
3. Good computer skill
4. Be familiar with Chinese HSE related Laws and regulations
5. Good communication skills and open-minded

6. Good team player

7. Customer focusMotive and initiative in working

8. HSE work experience at least 3 years, preferred in multinational company or master degree new graduate major in HSE.
