1. Having at least 3 years work experience on system integration test; better to have BIOS/BMC test experience.
2. Having work experience on Server, Storage or Telecom products.
3. Having experience on Linux environmental and familiar with Linux operation.
4. Having experience on test tools such as IPMI tool, RU, IOMeter, Iperf etc.
5. Having good capability on document generation to report issue and create test relevant documents.
6. Having good analysis capability to debug issue and extend test cases.
7. Having at least basic level of English language, can write mails and issues in English well.
8. Having good capability to deal with new challenge and heavy work loading.
